Founded in 2005, Enrestec is a pioneering business renowned for its globally exclusive patented pyrolysis technology. The company excels in the pyrolysis and recycling of used plastics, rubber, and organic wastes, and in the development and application of soil thermal desorption technology. Enrestec’s services encompass the design of organic waste pyrolysis and heat treatment systems, equipment construction, manufacturing process operation, and quality control. Enrestec is committed to offering eco-friendly solutions and technologies that do not generate secondary pollution.
Recognizing the global need for recycled energy and carbon dioxide emission reduction, Enrestec established the Lien Zhong Plant in Tainan County in 2006. By 2013, Enrestec had developed a comprehensive solution for the entire process—from used tire collection and shredding to pyrolysis and product refinement. With an annual throughput of 36,000 tons, Enrestec transforms waste materials into valuable green products, including recycled oil, eco-friendly carbon black, steam, and steel wires.
Enrestec utilizes a low-energy-consuming, fully automated continuous pyrolysis system. The entire manufacturing process, including tire patch feeding, pyrolysis reaction, oil purification, and the modification, fine grinding, and granulation of carbon black, is fully monitored and controlled by computer. Additionally, Enrestec operates a professional laboratory to ensure the manufacturing process and the quality of the carbon black adhere to stringent quality control standards. Enrestec is the world’s only pyrolysis plant that successfully applies recycled carbon black from used tire pyrolysis to plastics and industrial rubber products. To meet client needs, Enrestec has established quality standards for carbon black products, endorsed by plastics, rubber, and tire manufacturers. Enrestec stands as a reliable partner in the effort to reduce carbon emissions.
